X-Mold

A scientist founded X-Mold in 1997 to provide innovative solutions to the pest control industry. The patented Stucco ProGuard system was introduced to address the termite and moisture issues with synthetic stucco. The Stucco ProGuard system eliminated termite infestations in stucco homes and solved mold problems due to moisture intrusion behind the synthetic stucco.

In 2005, X-Mold entered the residential building industry, and has grown to become a leading provider of cost effective mold preventative pre-treatment programs and mold mitigation products by providing performance-driven products to include a mold warranty coverage up to 25-years.

Recently, the E-Fusion treatment system was introduced to create a cost effective, easy-to-apply solution to solve the mold problems in the wood pallet and container industry.

In July 2008, The Virginia Tech College of Natural Resources conducted a 12-week test on the performance and effectiveness of E-Fusion-RTU in creating a mold resistant barrier on green wood pallet components.
